A quaint Lancaster, PA lodging featuring brick-paved history, contemporary style, old world simplicity and world-class service.
In 1881, a parcel of land in the city of Lancaster was sold for $1440 to an enterprising businessman from New York named Arnold Falk. Three months later, a 3 ½-story brick warehouse rose up from the grounds of that property, a testament to Lancaster's booming industry. Mr. Falk wanted to capitalize on the thriving tobacco market in one of the nation's foremost industrial cities and its oldest inland town by building a warehouse to store the tobacco leaf grown by local farms. While the Mr. Falk and the tobacco industry have moved on to other shores, the warehouse still stands, and today is home to the Lancaster Arts Hotel, south central Pennsylvania's first boutique hotel to offer both luxury and inspiration to its guests. Featuring luxury suites and the finest lodgings in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, our hotel boasts a captivating blend of history and history in the making.
