Whether you want a smaller, more intimate space for your corporate meeting or a larger space to accommodate a larger event of up to 50 people, you will find the perfect space at Lancaster Arts Hotel. We offer two separate spaces for your convenience for any event.

Located just off the lobby, the Art Gallery Boardroom provides an intimate and inspiring setting for meetings and events with up to 20 participants. This 356-square-foot, fully private space is ideal for business meetings, team-building sessions, creative brainstorms, sales presentations, and interviews. Surrounded by original artwork and the hotel’s artistic ambiance, this space encourages fresh ideas and productive discussions.

The room rental includes pads, pens, a coffee and water station, high-speed WiFi, and a house projector with screen, ensuring all your meeting essentials are covered. Meeting attendees who are not staying at the hotel can enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast, or it can be added to your event’s bill to ensure a seamless experience for your group.

The Blanche Nevin Room

The Blanche Nevin Room offers 750 square feet of flexible space, making it ideal for a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. Available for both afternoon and evening functions, the Blanche Nevin Room comfortably seats up to 50 guests in a banquet-style setting. Featuring exposed brick from the building’s 1800s tobacco warehouse origins and adorned with original artwork by local Lancaster artists, this room provides a unique and inspiring backdrop for any occasion.

Perfect for everything from social gatherings to business meetings, the Blanche Nevin Room combines artistic charm with flexible layouts, ensuring your event is as memorable as it is seamless.

Fun Fact: Blanche Nevin was the first recognized woman sculptress in the country. She is also the daughter of John Williamson Nevin, president of Franklin & Marshall College in 1855.

Flexible Food and Beverage Options

We understand that great food and drink are key to a successful event. Guests are welcome to arrange dinner catering directly through John J. Jeffries or bring in outside food from a caterer of their choice. We’ve partnered with local caterers and can also recommend nearby restaurants that deliver. While outside food is permitted, due to liquor laws, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the John J. Jeffries bar and cannot be brought into the hotel from outside sources. Whether you’re looking for a casual snack or a full meal, we’ll make sure your guests are well cared for.
