The Art Gallery Boardroom

Located just off the lobby, the Art Gallery Boardroom offers an intimate and inspiring event space designed for up to 20 participants. This 356-square-foot, fully private room is perfect for corporate meetings, team-building sessions, creative brainstorms, sales presentations, and interviews. Surrounded by original artwork and the hotelโ€™s artistic ambiance, this venue fosters fresh ideas and productive discussions. The room rental includes essential meeting amenities such as pads, pens, a coffee and water station, high-speed WiFi, and a house projector with a screen. Attendees who are not staying at the hotel are welcome to enjoy our complimentary continental breakfastโ€”or it can be added to your eventโ€™s bill for a seamless experience.

The Blanche Nevin Room

The Blanche Nevin Room provides 750 square feet of flexible event space, perfect for everything from social gatherings and private dinners to corporate meetings and team-building workshops. This space offers a distinctive and inspiring backdrop, featuring exposed brick from the buildingโ€™s 1800s tobacco warehouse origins and adorned with original artwork by Lancaster artists. Whether hosting a business function or a personal celebration, the Blanche Nevin Room combines artistic charm with practical layouts, making every event both seamless and memorable.

Fun Fact: Blanche Nevin was the first recognized woman sculptress in the country. She is also the daughter of John Williamson Nevin, president of Franklin & Marshall College in 1855.

Beverage Options

Great food and drinks are key to a successful event. Guests are welcome to arrange dinner catering directly through John J. Jeffries or bring in outside food from a caterer of their choice. Weโ€™ve partnered with local caterers and can recommend nearby delivery restaurants. While outside food is permitted, due to liquor laws, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the John J. Jeffries bar and cannot be brought into the hotel from outside sources. Whether youโ€™re looking for a casual snack or a full meal, weโ€™ll ensure your guests are well cared for.
