Great hotel. Great staff, rooms and a delicious breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The old warehouse turned into a hotel was a unique experience. The location had a brewery right behind the hotel and a great Italian restaruant a block away. The rooms big wooden beams creaked like we were in a hull of a ship and the entranceway had a very strong deodorizer smell but we truly enjoyed our time there. Lancaster is a great town.

We LOVED staying at the Lancaster Arts Hotel for our wedding weekend! We did not receive a single bad comment from any of our guests.

The bridal suite was huge and a great layout. Everything was clean. The hotel is so pretty and the exposed brick walls in every room were consistently talked about. I would have regretted staying anywhere else!

A couple of months ago I was looking for an apartment in Lancaster. I made a couple of trips there and the first time I stayed at the Marriott, which was fine. But it was the typical big chain hotel behind-the-times "service" - internet you had to pay for unless you joined their guest program, charges for bottled water, etc.

The next time I visited Lancaster I stayed at the Arts hotel and I was annoyed with myself at not having found this hotel the first time. Otherwise, I would have stayed there had I known about it. Soooo much better! Beautiful building. The welcoming staff. Not having to deal with city parking garages. The general vibe both inside (tons of cool artwork) and outside (apparently it's a refurbished warehouse). And free internet and cheaper rates than the Marriott. No contest. Great location, too. Right near a meadery (!) and a 5 or 10 minute walk from the center of the city.

Anyway, I found an apartment so I don't need a hotel anymore but I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who comes to pay me a visit.

We're local and like to stay here for special occasions. It's a 100 year old former factory / warehouse, now beautifully remodeled and decorated in fine art pieces.

It's a great place to spend a night or a week! Walking distance to Penn Medicine Stadium (Minor league baseball and other events). Easy access to downtown.

Breakfast was good -- pancakes, bacon, eggs, pastries, etc.. Nothing special, but it's included!

We booked a deluxe king this time which was quite nice. The last time were stayed we booked an upgraded room, not sure exactly which one, that had a tub, sofa, and was a bigger room overall. If you're staying one night, the deluxe king (or double queen) is perfect. If you are staying longer want more "living" space, upgrade one level from the deluxe king if you can.

Finally, call the hotel directly to book your stay. You'll likely get a better rate and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Booked for our wedding weekend and did not disappoint. Rooms were clean, unique, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful, especially in the build up to booking the rooms and helping with last minute requests. Enjoyed the late night chess games in the lobby.
