Charming hotel. Comfy beds with lots of great local art in the hallways and rooms.

Convenient location - You can enjoy a night in town and not be overwhelmed by the thought of the long trip back to your room. Also, there is a meadery within walking distance on one side, and a donut shop on the other.
Rooms are comfortable and cozy, almost cocoon - like.
Staff is very amiable , from the front of house to the back.
Coffee in the breakfast room is worth coming down for.

We stayed here for New Years eve and really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make people feel welcome. The hotel is also beautiful with very large rooms and thoughtful touches in the rooms. We would highly recommend this hotel

Exceptional stay and experience. Very accommodating and pleasant staff. Extremely clean. Loved the nostalgia and modern mix. Will definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Lancaster later.

Our stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel was wonderful. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, the staff warm and welcoming. The location for visiting Downtown Lancaster was also perfect.
